To be clear, this ceasefire is exclusively between Lebanon and Israel. There has been no reduction of Israeli operations in Gaza or Lebanon so far.
It will begin at 4am local time and does not include any terms Lebanon hadn't offered from day one. Al Jazeera reports that this ceasefire deal is largely identical to UN resolution 1701.

Libanons Interim-PM Najib Mikati ist plötzlich eingefallen, dass seine Regierung ja verpflichtet ist, UN-Resolution 1701 (keine Truppen von Israel oder Hisbollah südlich des Litani-Fluss) umzusetzen.
