It's 6pm and here are #rebs3Things of today:
1 The one and only item that's left on today's todo list is "dinner", can you believe it?! Didn't have this in quite a while! \o/
2 Bought a used Delonghi coffee machine which marks the beginning of a new era in my dorm home. \o/
3 Had quite a lively, funny and diverse call on the phone with my mom, including burial/cremation issues [!], surreal tattoos and her relationships to both of my partners. \o/

Three things that at 9am already gave me joy today, aka #rebs3Things:
1 Listened for 30 minutes to one of my fav audio book series by Terry Pratchett, The Witches Series, currently: Lords and Ladies, while lying on my acupressure mat. This is my 3rd run of that series!1
2 I'm eating muesli right now including a whole big pink sicilian grapefruit that I got via my #SoLaWi - and I'm LOVING IT!
3 Already connected with all of my most fav four human beings.❤️❤️❤️❤️

Please take note of yesterday's #rebs3Things:
1 The daily call with my mom who's very sick and still in hospital lasted more than 50mins, was quite cheerful and "fast" - which is great.
2 Fetched wonderful vegetables in the evening at my local #solawi s [= community supported agriculture's] distribution site. <3
3 Finally decided on the urgent question of wanting to move in with my romantic partner or move to a new location / my own place.

It's never too early to find #rebs3Things:
1 Adjusted my morning alarm to a sound that pleases me as well as it motivates me to reeeeallly get up.
2 Fell the decision to make this day "planning day", will schedule all loose ends and so will get back some real overview and self-efficacy which both are very much needed.
3 I have great friends, my family and a romantic partner who support me and are there for me in times like this, and I'm really thankful for that.

One of those days where I NEED to write down #rebs3Things:
1 Did some meal prep for lunch and dinner that really was tasty and somehow new [not "the same procedure as " etc]!
2 Managed to climb some not-so-minor steps in my head that held me back but finally will lead THROUGH the entrance of a new work-related chapter in my life.
3 I'm so very proud to have cancelled this evening's meeting with friend P this morning due to massive anxiety for letting sb in here.

1 Intentionally my alarm was OFF and I awoke at about 9am, which was great since I wasn't awake before and completely slept through!
2 A colleague of mine from my coaching studies [who already becomes/is a really good friend] is really taking off / the lead with professional Insta and everything and asked me for feedback. <3
3 Went to the dhl post box and got my AIRPAQ, designed by @robinga_schnögelrögel [< Insta handle], which is be-au-ti-ful! 🧡

1 I liked very much realizing how well I'm able to practice on my violin [#rebsPractice], like on and off, even if I don't have the time nor the resources to do it daily. Makes me proud!

3 Did a teeny tiny bit of socializing today and was done afterwards - and might've developed an idea why that is so.

1 Had oven baked vegetables [meal prep from yesterday] with lentils and some cheese for lunch - and it was delicious.
2 I'm wearing a dress today🥳
[and as always I'm regretting not having worn dresses for most of the days in my life...]3 I'm drinking [and realllllyy enjoying!] rosemary/thyme/lavender tea on recommendation of @movation - love all Pagés that I've ordered!

1 I can manage my time freely and so will play the lent violin in a few minutes! 🎻 #rebsPractice
2 Finally found my motivation to read 📚, after a few weeks that it went missing due to the lot that is going on here. \o/
3 Weather today's just perfect for me [OK, not for November but.] - will dress up for my coaching education meeting in the evening.💃

#rebs3Things of today, a few minutes left:
1 Had a day/birthday party/freestyle workshops amongst lots of unbelievably open, warm, welcoming people in-between their early and late 20s and felt a very strong sense of belonging. Am really greatful that this is possible in my "world".
2 Experienced joy in packing my things to leave the Airbnb in an efficient way, without effort.
3 Realized my huge/fast improvements in learning Kisuaheli, am really proud of that.

#rebs3Things of today [yes, it's only 11am but why not!]:
1 Already did round 1 for #rebsPractice today! \o/
2 [Re-] Discovered the motivational booster "dawdling around as if this day will have no end". May be the #actuallyADHD but who cares, for me almost always it works out in the end.
3 I'm happy [-er] about currently being able to spend longer stretches of time alone - and feeling really good about it. Let's face it.

1 Bc #Nyad on Netflix I remembered sth from when I was about 11. Organized me my own sports coach [schoolmate] whom I ordered to basically "mob" me around the lake; she shouted at me, tore me the last meters to the finish line - with the time I needed. My mind is strong.2 Next week there'll be a difficult job task, I feel prepared as of today. Thats very early + VERY good!
3 Continuous improvement, truck driver's strategy, slow +steady onwards, that's what's in me.

1 Fast, easy and tasty lunch [that isn't THAT unhealthy...] by eating a complete raw tempeh made with lentils and 2 leftover sandwich toasts with my fav filling.
2 Got a small package from a friend and already know what's inside - I'm very looking forward to opening it in a few moments! :))
3 Read a ton of very insightful and inspiring articles online and am curious how their implicit takeaways will unfold within me during next days/weeks.

Yesterday's #rebs3Things:
1 Eggplant Pizza in it's very best condition [it varies at our fav delivery but in an acceptable range - it was overwhelmingly great!].
2 The insight that I can go on cheap solo vacations/"retreats" almost anytime I want or need them bc well, they're cheap - and I'm only working for myself now. 🎉🤯🥳
3 Received [and OK, read a 1000 times, approx] the possibly best letter of my life; and it was written with non-blue/-black but yes: ink. 🥰

1 Am newly in [requited!] love with a man [and still happy with The Man] - and that is a really really good thing, each and every day. ❤️🔥
2 I do what I want, when I want it, and the stuff I don't want but have to do is manageable just because there are enough spoons available bc see above.
3 Will eat four delicious summer rolls with hoisin sauce for lunch today. \o/

1 Finally hung up two art prints from [anarchist] Zoa [only on Insta/BlueSky]. <3
2 Decided to NOT skip tomorrow's visit in next town getting tattooed but just limit the duration of my stay by returning home by train directly afterwards, independent of The Man, who also will get a new tattoo. 🎨
3 Started the dyeing process of the fabric in/on/from the small white children's book shelf I picked up on the street recently. Will become very bright and summer hued! \o/

1 Had a very big and very tasty grilled cheddar sandwich made with very chewy and perfectly crumbed [?] sourdough bread. 🤤
2 Spent some happy me-time in the library for the first time this week [!], leisurely working on self-employment topics. [Discussion concerning my product drafts and business plans on Thursday with a colleague was also helpful, he is convinced those are great. :)]
3 I had to wear sunglasses because THE SUN WAS SHINING through the cloudy sky. <3

1 Did two sides of oven veggies with Shiitake and another sort of mushroom, smoked tofu, onions and leek. 🤤
Tomorrow it will be hokkaido, topinambur and some other roots.2 Got new information, so fortunately was able to undo something that already was in the pipeline but would make me more than blush if finalized 🤭🥲
3 I've got a very bold cold with painful throat aches and mean coughing [third one in two months 🙄], of course I did a test, again it's not COVID! 🎉

Yesterday's #3goodThings
1 Had a very inspiring discussion with a colleague from my coaching training group concerning AI as well as our respective possible professional specializations/niches.
2 Fabricated a quick and tasty meal by copying some recipe that was cooked for/with me on Friday by... another coaching acquaintance. Yes, there is a pattern.
3 Realized that my brain is slowly waking up again - it seems to be making a steep climb towards my high times! 🥳

1 Met with one of my dearest ex-colleagues for lunch!
2 Did some very hard calculations concerning my monthly budget for a job offer that cannot offer much concerning wage - and feel like this will benefit me in more than just one way, to be aware of the current absolute minimum.
3 Did thrice something unpleasant that was necessary and/but for my own benefit.

1 I allowed myself/the situation fostered it for the first time in my life to not socialize today/on Christmas.
2 Pushed myself to do all 3 proven self-care activities that each helped me to cope in/with the respective moment[s].
3 Started the reading marathon that will go on for some days now. <345

1 I was wearing EXACTLY what I wanted today and that was great.
2 Found a bag of Cornados [similar to Lay's Bugles] in our nibbler's drawer and ate it completely.
3 Experiencing the positive results from my first short physio / massage session which makes me feel more confident about my current and future condition concerning stress accumulation in back, shoulder, and neck muscles.

1 Lots of compliments at work concerning my style of leadership. <3
2 Ate one of my favorite breakfasts, almost-hot muesli with oat milk, wheat, nuts, cinnamon and a small apple.
3 Very politely but in a stern manner denied sth to sb who is [and over the last months constantly has been!!!] a very very strong pain in my neck.

1 During the night one of our cats, Luzia, did lie down next to my pillow [she does this very seldom!] and set my mattress on VIBRATE with her tractorlike purring. 🧡🩷🧡
2 This complete day I could do what I wanted, without any human/social interruptions [alone with my own stupid bad conscience for not going out, doing/getting "nothing" done etc ^^]. 🎉
3 Will finish a book, as I did yesterday. Love this cause it means starting a new one! 📚📕📖📕📚

1 Was grocery shopping and it added up to exactly 93,93€.
2 Did one of my [currently very seldom] walks around the Kiebitzwiese with great weather and a soft breeze.
3 Am binge watching How To Get Away With Murder with no regrets. [Hard times require hard play.]

1 Practised to cut myself some slack - even if that's the hardest, sometimes.
2 Used the acupressure mat and EVEN FELT ASLEEP while lying and listening to an audiobook! <3
3 At 2pm today I was telling somebody that I start to feel really good, and in that moment that was really true.

1 Today I've had enough time for me and myself [and also on the last two days].
2 It's 16:37 and i don't have to do anything else and in addition I already did everything I wanted to today.
3 Luzia, the cat that usually is not THAT successful in bringing home prey arrived few hours ago with a mouse, and ate it and is now slumbering like a queen with a full belly in front of me. <3 [In German the man and me, we tend to say "Ein Mäuschen in einem Mäuschen." 😅 ]

1 My outfit today was completely red and green, including sneakers and earrings. 🫠💕
2 I've had the last pain killer early this morning and so far it still feels OK! [was taking them starting last Sunday and during the complete week because of undefined pain in my right middle ear/upper jaw/neck that now finally seems to recede]
3 I managed to stay undaunted at work for me and my team despite some mean obstacles that got thrown in my way. 💪

1 I gave a very short presentation today at work concerning the inner structure of my department in the context of our company and realized, that I am more comfortable now with small glitches [that I can only prevent from happening with an immense load of mindwill and concentration that I'm no longer willing to invest in work related things]
2 I listen to Tame Impala a lot because thats great music
3 Short riding vacation is manifesting in April, would be so so soon!

1 Today I bought 5 books [joy in itself!] by 4 women [even more joy...], 2 of them written by Florence Given <3 and you should totally check her out on Insta if you're not yet followin' her there.
2 I "discovered" Taylor Tomlinson. [Yep, won't expand on this one, just do you listen to her.]
3 I put myself to bed now [yep, it's not even 10pm yet!] and will READ a bit. Quelle SURPRISE. :D
