for me, now being in episode 5, money heist definitely is one of my clearest #rebcommendations - and the leading police inspector raquel murillo [itziar ituño martínez] is a fabulously written role that is played magnificently.
the mastmind behind the thieves, called the professor, embodied by álvaro morte, also shows great talent, plotwise he's flipping inbetween shy nobody to calm leader every now and then.

I do love the Australian actress Anna Torv, and I've watched the series The Newsreader with delight. Recently I've discovered Territory, also with her as one of the main roles: Genre is called Neo-Western as I learned, happening on a big [the biggest!] station = cattle farm in Australia/the world [?!], being very dramatic with dust, cows, quads and horses and all, hoppers, guns, leather, and - intrigues.

Watching 2026's Straight To Hell, a biographical Japanese limited series on Netflix centering actress Erika Toda as Kazuko Hosoki, an exceptionally famous fortune teller.
According to Wiki and the series she wrote more than 100 books and was recklessly focused on earning money, being independent and rising to fame.

the above mentioned book Bewilderment by #RichardPowers is a GEM.
[i don't read [cis] male authors but bc of a very good reason - and for Powers the many reasons are be-au-ti-ful writing prose, excellent techie stuff, all the best and current nature as well as climate blisses - AND horrors!], marvelous info bits about astro and space science AND [!] genious capture of [male] emotions.]
Also very much loved his book before this one, The Overstory.

I already promoted The Newsreader [Australian series all about news' channels and two journalists [Anna Torv <3 and Sam Reid] in the 80s!] with its seasons 1 and 2 in my #rebcommendations - and now season 3 has been released! \o/////
Very well developed characters and many strong female roles without leaving true context of the 80s, neither concerning feminism nor the world politics during those years.
I'm loving it.
