  1. Done a #rasperrypi5 vs #raspberrypi4 speed test. Copied 500 17mb images from a USB hard drive to the #raspberrypi SD card.

    Pi5 was 31.6% faster. (03:41 vs 04:51)

    Then all 500 images of resolution 5760 x 2880 where cropped to 1920 x 1080

    Pi5 was 75% faster (02:40 vs 04:40)

    Then the images where built into a mp4 video

    Pi5 was 118.9% faster (00:58 vs 02:07)

    So if you will be using the camera, processing the images are quite a lot faster on the pi5.
    The same SD card was used for both Pi's
