Hi! Wondering if anyone has some tips for immigration and job search, and want to ask here about it.
I'm a software and full-stack web developer, and I've been wanting to have something a little more solid, as I've been working as a remote contractor for several years now. Particularly looking to immigrate to EU as well! Are there any particular countries I should be looking into? I would also appreciate any tips for finding a queer friendly place ^^
Generally experienced in OOP languages (C#, Java in particular, but I'm pretty generalist), working with databases and modern JS frameworks, and of course git :P
Actually, quite a lot of git. I've kinda lost count of how many times I've ended up teaching it to people new to it x3 Knowing how it works internally helps a LOT with understanding it and explaining it to others~ Highly recommend looking through the Pro Git "Internals" chapter
Would also appreciate some directions where to start looking for jobs, as I'm not familiar with job search sites and such
