"Rain in the morning, but fine & fair throughout the day. The Norway House Brigade arrived and brought the Columbia letters.
"Saturday. Beautiful weather. Roussain, a Postmaster, started with the Lac la Pluie #RainyLake Brigade of 4 boats, with the Outfit of that District.
"Sunday. Fine warm day. All quiet at the Factory.

"Wednesday. The day occupied in making copies of the Minutes of Council as well as other documents of a public nature.
