I know it's a privilege to be able to quit Twitter, but if you can, you absolutely should. Once a platform legitimizes people calling for mass murder of groups, you know it's gone. Anti-fascism is the correct position to hold. Hate speech isn't free speech.

so back to my own personal habits — the seminal feedback loop interruption that kicked off my current new happy habits was (🥁pls) #QuittingTwitter. that opened up space for doing something else with morning coffee time, which got me thinking more about how I actually live my life. it makes me wonder how merging our own lives with corporate socials’ has impacted us, not just directly but in myriad indirect ways
