    I love eBooks, but obviously dislike the big eBook stores, so would much rather buy my eBooks from a non-profit that partners with local bookshops.

    It sounds like the books are still still DRMd, unsurprisingly.

    And since I've made a point to order as little as possible through Amazon, the no additional delivery charge (the Prime yearly fee IS your delivery fee), that's no longer a feature that pays for itself.

    I've ordered maybe 2-3 things per year from them the last 2-3 years. For me, the fee has really been for their mostly mediocre programming.

    I'll still read item reviews there, thus giving them ad revenue, but hopefully that's it.
