My son set me up. He bought new tires for my road bike I haven't used in over 6 years* and bought slick tires to put on my gravel bike so he can use it as a road bike for himself.
* I haven't made any other form of physical activity either
We just went for a 30 km ride. I feel like I have no energy left whatsoever, and my legs hurt!
On the positive:
- I still fit in my bibs
- I can still get in the drops without my back hurting
- I liked it and may get back into cycling more often!
