Ils doivent demander mais rien ne les obligent a avoir une option "ne plus demander", donc, tant que tu refuse ils te demandent TOUS LES JOURS. Je parie que si j'accepte je devrai fouiller pour trouver l'option et on ne me posera plus jamais la question. #proximus #pub #vieprivée #raslebol #gdpr

Il semble que #proximus bloque les requêtes aux serveurs #opendns depuis hier matin. Vous avez le même problème ? Cela fonctionne avec d'autres DNS public, cloudflare, ... mais pas opendns. #dns #cesttoujoursledns

The one uniting thing across the world is that #ISPs suck. My #fiber connection is broken since the 14th. I called and got an appointment with a technician for yesterday, the 20th.
The tech didn't come, so I called again today. Apparently the appointment is still open, but since it's a contractor, they can't tell me anything else. So now I am supposed to be at home for an indefinite amount of time (days?), waiting for a call to recieve the technician within 30minutes.

J'ai déjà claqué pour 60€ en suppléments à mon propre abonnement téléphonique #Proximus pour pallier au fait que je n'aurai pas d'Internet à la maison avant lundi au moins, et il ne me reste de nouveau plus que 1,5Gb de data à l'heure actuelle.
Je suis à deux doigts d'aller souscrire à un 2e abonnement juste pour être sûre.
J'en ai ras le bol des FAI belges.

Directement, le modem routeur du FAI #Proximus s'est synchronisé. Le routeur TP-Link en LAN Ponté à reçu son IP WAN. On va attendre jusqu'à demain début d'après midi. Si c'est toujours ok, on pourra annuler le rendez-vous du technicien 🤙 -
Désolé si l'ensemble des services Blabla Linux deviennent inaccessibles, ma ligne #proximus connait des problèmes !
Un rendez-vous avec un technicien est fixé vendredi dans la matinée. -

I asked to have a 4G/5G modem in the meantime so I can work from home, they refused. Every interaction with them has been a disappointment, they have made no progress in customer service during the last decade.

I thought in Belgium we were better when it comes to sim swapping attacks (where someone other than you goes into a shop to get a new card with your number without auth of me).
NOPE
Yesterday I went into a Proximus shop and could get a new sim card with my phone number with only a screenshot of the MyProximus app (don't need to point out how easily that can be faked).ATLEAST ask for my ID card... come on....
