The #proteobench project from #eubic is evolving fast.

There are new results available online for the DDA module.

We present our results for i2MassChroQ #PAPPSO compared to other workflows in #proteomics :

I've uploaded a new result file in #ProteoBench from @EuBIC_MS

The new results shows how #PAPPSO i2MassChroQ performs compared to other software on the same dataset.

This time, DDA quantification was made without match between run. We can see more features than using MaxQuant+Andromeda with match between run. incredible.
