    There are new results available online for the DDA module.

    We present our results for i2MassChroQ compared to other workflows in :

  5. I've uploaded a new result file in from @EuBIC_MS

    The new results shows how i2MassChroQ performs compared to other software on the same dataset.

    This time, DDA quantification was made without match between run. We can see more features than using MaxQuant+Andromeda with match between run. incredible.
