In case your someone who uses torrents to download Linux distributions, and you've just installed a new Linux distribution, and you've lost all your Transmission data for all the Linux distributions you want to seed to others....

It scans your hard drive for the ISO files and searches each of the sites you're a member of for the .torrent, then automatically re-adds it to Transmission, when setup and run once from the CLI.
I think the general use case is, you download a distro from somewhere else, you can seed it on another site. But it works great for this.
