CW: Pride!
Enjoyed #PrideInBelper today! Different flavour from Notts Pride, though they both start with a march through the middle of town. Belper's one is based around a smallish green park in the town centre, inc face painting & plenty for kids to do. I met up by chance with a friend from Birmingham and (separately) a friend from Nottingham, neither of whom I'd seen for a couple of years, and had nice catch-up chats :-)

Just heard about this. I'm thinking of going over to Belper Pride, so I actually _was_ thinking of being in town, due to heading for the railway station. But maybe that would be earlier than this lot & then not back till they'd gone? As long as there's not gonna be more of them over in Belper! But I'm hearing it's the big cities. Hmm.
