An interesting finding about #Ukraine from a new preprint on militarized language in scientific communication. Among 91 countries, 🇺🇦 showed the highest prevalence of militarized language in scientific abstracts in 2024: 71.9%, compared with 26.3% in 2010.

We propose a novel perspective on what makes microfinance institutions work. We argue that the key is how the institutional structures interact with the computational underpinnings of decision-making to engender #trust .

We show that the stabilising effect of #modularity heavily depends on intra-guild interactions and is largest in case of intra-guild facilitation, highlighting the need to study how patterns in inter- and intraguild interactions jointly affect #EcosystemStability.
