Wouldn't fit with the game I'm currently arranging to run. But inspired the idea:BETA WORLD

The Ancients didn't invent miraculous technology and destroy themselves in nuclear fire. They just improved a bit during the 21st century before things started to more gradually crumble. A sort of "rustpocalypse".
