Heute feiern wir den Tag der Polyamorie und somit alle polyamor lebenden Menschen.
Der 23. November dient der Sichtbarkeit und Aufklärung zum Thema Polyamorie. Seinen Ursprung hat der Tag in Kanada. Dort wurde am 23. November im Jahr 2011 Polyamorie gerichtlich legalisiert — zuvor war dies fraglich. -
Polyamory Day is celebrated every November 23rd around the world by people who consider themselves to be polyamorous, who are in polyamorous relationship(s), or who support polyamory as a valid relationship orientation or choice.

Verschiedentlich habe ich's hier, primär aber in meiner Bio durchscheinen lassen, dass ich seit einigen Jahren in einer offenen Beziehung bin und habe es noch keinen Tag bereut. Wir sind zwar nicht aktiv auf der Suche nach anderen Menschen, aber es entspannt und bereichert unglaublich, mit dem Gegenüber offen über Gefühle für andere Personen sprechen zu können, wenn diese in unser Leben treten & diese auch ausleben zu dürfen - beiderseits!…

Oh, zum #polyamoryDay heute mag ich was erzählen:
Ich war mit ~12 in einer unplatonischen Beziehung mit küssen und kuscheln. Wir trafen uns immer nur im Sommer. Dey¹ fragte mich irgendwann, ob es mir was ausmachen würde, wenn dey im Winter mit anderen was Ähnliches machen würde. Ich meinte: Nö. Warum auch? Klingt total logisch und sinnvoll.
¹ "dey" hier als Pronomen, das keinen Bezug auf Geschlecht nimmt.

Du, ich und die anderen - in Liebe, Lust, Freundschaft und Respekt. Polyamorie heißt, dass Beziehungen aus mehr als zwei Leuten bestehen. Auf diese Weise entsteht ein Netz aus Beziehungen, und das nennt man Polykül. Ganz einfach. Und doch finden viele Leute diese Idee kompliziert. Denn Paarbeziehungen, romantische Zweierbeziehungen, das sind die Menschen gewohnt. -> -

November 23 is Polyamory Day!
On this day in 2011, a Canadian court ruled that Canada’s “anti-polygamy-law” did not apply to unformalized polyamorous households.
This ruling represented a clarification that polyamory is not a criminal act in Canada.
The first official Polyamory Day was celebrated in 2017 in Canada. Since then, it is observed every year.
Let’s celebrate polyamory in all its forms today!

Am heutigen 23. November ist Polyamory Day!
An diesem Tag im Jahr 2011 entschied ein kanadisches Gericht, dass das dort geltende „Anti-Polygamie-Gesetz“ nicht auf polyamore nicht-formalisierte Lebensgemeinschaften anwendbar ist.
Damit war klar, dass Polyamorie in Kanada nicht straftbar ist. 2017 wurde in Kanada der erste Polyamory Day zelebriert. Seitdem wird er jedes Jahr begangen.
Lasst uns heute Polyamorie in all ihren Formen feiern! -
November 23 is the date when, in 2011, a British Columbia Supreme Court judge ruled that Canada's anti-polygamy law does not apply to modern polyamorists, as long as they do not attempt to make a multi-marriage arrangement an official marriage in some form. Previously, according to the law, three or more people living in one dwelling "conjugally" could be sentenced to five years in prison, though no prosecution had been brought for at least many decades. #PolyamoryDay #polylife
