Kvankam la cetero de Federujo jam subtenis stiligitan tekston, mi ne uzis ĝin abunde ĝis nun, ĉar abonas min multaj mastodonanoj, kiuj ne vidus la tekston ĝuste. (Ekzemple listoj kaj citaĵoj tute malaperus!) Sed nun, mi finfine povas!

Why #Mastodon is absorbing most #twitter users on the #fediverse? I haven't tried other alternatives that have been using #ActivityPub for a while, like #Pleromo, #Pixelfeld etc. I'm seeing a push to new softwares that use the same protocol, like #Takahe. I discovered just today #Calckey, which has the so demanded quoted sharing.
So why the boom came to Mastodon? Is there any chance of Mastodon, some time soon, be substituted by a fork or one of these on going and in progress alternatives?
