One more thing about this. When #piracy became an issue back in the early 2000s, every time I found a pirated book online I would tell my publisher and they would play whack-a-mole to get that one offline. After a while, they just gave up. So I know that all my books were pirated and exist in some form or another online. None of my registered books are currently in print.
