Piñon Pine Nuts
This is a magical time of the year when piñon pine nuts are ready to eat here where I live in Northern Nevada. They can be harvested by collecting the green cones in the fall, preferably September (please be mindful of the ethical, environmental and legal limits) and allowed to ripen in a cool, dry place. @stefanhartwig #cycling #prioritybikes600 I am really enjoying the #pinon . I've made a couple #biketoot about it. The low end is very low compared to my other bike. The shift-from-any-gear-to-any-gear instantly, stopped or moving is a feature for me. You can't be tentative when you do shift, but it was easy for me to get used to.

The shift-from-any-gear-to-any-gear instantly, stopped or moving is a feature for me. You can't be tentative when you do shift, but it was easy for me to get used to.
