So, just an update on sleep... I was using two pillows, one being a contour pillow and the other a standard one.
I had been stacking these, but thought I would try *just* the contour pillow.
Apparently, I haven't been snoring, and have woken up feeling a lot more refreshed than I have been.
Could it really be this simple to solve?
