    Actually it's not Phil. That area is actually shrinking, and will continue to do so due to sea level rise caused by #ClimateChange. Which means a forward-looking government would be doing everything they can to discourage people from moving to this already over-crowded area, and encourage those already living there to move to less populated areas.
