Had a really bad call. Tired and fatigued but my heart is happy for so much learning and skills upgrade.

I hope my love for #pccm continues to rally against such days.

13 hours of 24 in this ICU have been uninterrupted admissions and/or continuous critical care time.

This is the last ICU rotation of my residency and I have decided to help create ICU library by donating books on my every 24 hour call.

2019: Do you even know anyone in the US? It's hard to match in residency without support.

2020 : You are an IMG, top specialties are not for you.

2021: Good research, you have no contacts, it will be hard to match.

2022: *matched into #pccm
