    Gleicher Lohn für gleiche Arbeit! Dabei denken wir meist an Frauen, die schlechter bezahlt wurden und teilweise immer noch werden.

    Das Gleiche erleben auch Menschen mit Migrations- und Fluchterfahrung. Schon in den 70er Jahren wurden sie in sogenannten Leichtlohngruppen beschäftigt, die später durch gemeinsame Kämpfe abgeschafft worden sind.

    Das sieht bei jungen Menschen noch etwas anders aus.

    Es ist eine Schande, dass Unternehmen und Arbeitgeber immer noch Frauen benachteiligen. 😤
