@jjhysell Actually if you’re interested in learning more about kindness in different definitions you could take a look at #patanjalis #yogasutras. They describe the pillars of hatha yoga and with that karma yoga. Karma yoga talks a lot about acts of service/ kindness. It might seem odd but actually only 1/10 of yoga practice is physical. There is so much interesting philosophy to find like the 7 laws that talk about how we can make ourselves (un)happy (ego, attachment, ..)
