Criminal suspects can refuse to provide phone passcodes to #police under the US Constitution's #FifthAmendment privilege against self-incrimination, according to a unanimous ruling issued today by #Utah's state Supreme Court.

Criminal suspects can refuse to provide phone passcodes to police under the US Constitution's #FifthAmendment privilege against self-incrimination, according to a unanimous ruling issued today by Utah's state Supreme Court.
