CW: Pork, kale, butternut squash stew #recipe
Made this great #crockpotrecipes with pork loin and precut #ButternutSquash.
Only poured in 1/2 the broth amount because 32oz of liquid in #crockpot is waaaaay too much. Good rule with liquid in crock pots - or #potroast for that matter - is to cover protein 1/2 way up leaving top half exposed.
Add more herbs if you have them; I put in thyme sprigs and rosemary.
