  1. I don’t get a ton of #migraine, only about 1/month (that’s fewer than I used to, thanks to #meditation, #SomaticTracking, & #PainReprocessingTherapy). Stress causes them 💯%. When I get one, triptans work. But sometimes one needs a second round of triptan next day or even two days later, & this was one of those days. I’m grateful for effective meds but really, yuck anyway. Making #congee now, the best recovery #food!
