#operationalize — Public Fediverse posts

I’m facilitating my partner through a mini-workshop on defining & operationalizing her core values. It’s inspiring me to reflect on my own once again, re-reading my blog post on doing the exercises myself.

The #process comes from Brené Brown’s book Dare to Lead. For me, these #exercises feel simple but certainly not easy.

1. Name your core #values
2. Turn them into #behaviors
3. Identify #support structures
4. #Operationalize your values

Going through this process changed my life. Through it, I’ve found a level of clarity into who I want to be that provides a North Star for making decisions every day.
