How are you affected by reviews of your work?I have gotten a lot better at letting the negative reviews roll off my back than I used to be. I even have a favorite negative review, which laments that my debut novel contained "too many horse words." The main character is an equestrienne. 😄
Of course, like all authors, I delight in receiving praise. That kind of validation keeps me going on difficult writing days.
Anyway, not all books are for all people, and the right audience is out there for each of us.
