Out and about today—heading, incidentally, to GM Marzio Muscedere’s “Murder House!” for #DCCRPG for my monthly F2F #TTRPG meetup.

I was on the front line for #OpalCard’s teething problems, and let me tell you, as finicky and unworkable a piece of shit *that* was when Sydney rolled it out, it has nothing on #MyWayPlus. At least charging and validation worked, even if commuters couldn’t understand the fare structure.

I can’t even convince MyWay+ to tap me on.

in sydney läd man am flughafen seine #opalcard auf und fährt dann mit bus, bahn, fähre solange man guthaben hat. #TapOn #TapOff beim Ein und Aussteigen, aufladen geht an allen möglich stellen in der Stadt und Stationen. Mit Bargeld oder Karte. Man kann auch einfach mit Kreditkarte zusteigen und 'tappen' - die Züge, Busse sind sauber, so macht #ÖPNV Spass - frag mich, wie die das finanzieren. 🤡 die Fahrpreise sind gering und beim Tappen wird das Guthaben angezeigt.
