Nearly 7 PM. It clearly states to ring bell but they did not. I was checking every 10 minutes. Seriously never use #Ontrac in #Hillsboro if you want decent service. Most carriers at least give you a time frame- these guys don't even state by a certain hour. #USPS #POBOX would have been delivered in the morning or early afternoon. And I meant to send this to my PO box- just missed that iHerb defaulted to residence address before it was too late.

I pretty much sat around all day afraid to get involved in anything because of deliveries that still haven't come. I know FedEx isn't but seriously I'm not going to play the #Ontrac 8 pm game again after my next one comes. They used to do that when Wag and Chewy used them too. I hope they come soon and without taking my damn picture. I get they are doing it to prove delivery but I'm uncomfortable with the whole deal that shows where I live and even takes my picture, not just the package.

20 days until Christmas; that means, less than three weeks of peak left. If you work for a company like UPS or FedEx, it's a blessing and a curse.
On one hand, it's very hectic and very busy. On the other hand, the bonuses and OT add up quickly come payday. And those jobs pay weekly.

Here we go again #Ontrac thinks they can deliver on the weekend. It says preparing for delivery now but they only got until 1PM. What part of business hours don't these people get. I'm going to be flipping mad if they screw up this delivery too

#iherb needs to learn that you can't call something shipped until the carrier picked it up. They claimed shipping delays due to volume of orders but what it is, is #ontrac You can only get another carrier if you ship to PO box or are shipping express. If you ship to PO box they do ontrac to USPS. I'd seriously use another supplier because of how bad #ontrac has become. I guess I should have ordered from #Amazon if I really wanted delivery anywhere near when they stated.
