Oooohkay.. RFK Jr says, in a very staged video confession, that he *tried to make bicyclists look bad* by staging a dead bear in NYC Central Park, to make it look like bicyclists had run over the bear.. (but was actually was hit by a car).
The staged confession is almost as awkward (featuring a famous comedian) as.. trying to frame bicyclists for what a car driver did.
