A really good video from Maxine Dexter, my US representative. I don't think I've seen a better short explanation of why sending troops to Portland (or any other US city) is illegal and unconstitutional.

I really like how Raskin ties Trump's manufacturing of fake crises to his need to draw people's attention away from how he's making heathcare much less available and harder to afford.
