We are lucky enough to have been given a bag of Pineapple Lumps, a rare commodity in France! However, shrinkflation is severe. Five years ago I think the bags were 200g, and now it's 120g. The bag feels empty - it should be 2/3 the size! Normally NZD4, on sale two for NZD6.

It used to be that eating vegetarian was not only better for the planet but cheaper too. Now capsicums are $4.79 each, and mushrooms are around $16 a kg and a 5kg bag of potatoes is around $10- what do people who don’t have much money eat?
