Celebrating that our city was founded 400 years ago by the swedish king Gustav Vasa. No big festivities due to the pandemic, obviously (even if this town hasn't had one case yet). Instead everyone gets the local specialty.
"Sockergrisar" (sugar pigs, or grisar/pigs for short) are basically pig shaped doughnuts filled with apple jam. Yum!
Traditionally there should be red lemonade with this, but milk or coffee is nice too.
