@holger ... wie erwähnt, hängt es auch von den Default-Einstellungen des jeweiligen mobilen Betriebssystems ab - besonders bei Android dürfte das eine Rolle spielen. Nicht alle haben die #Notfallinformation per Default aktiviert. Zudem gibt es die Möglichkeit, den Alarm (nur) per Vibration auszugeben - siehe Screenshot der Settings von #grapheneos.
