What did I do today you ask? Well I participated in the #NorthEastSkinnyDip along with around 1400 other equally bonkers individuals. Running utterly naked (hat exempted) into the bracing #NorthSea and around the sands of #DruridgeBay all in aid of living life to the full and to raise money for #MIND #mentalhealth charity. One of the crazier days of my life, but also one of the best. Will I do it again next year? Absolutely! I recommend an annual day of craziness like this to everyone.

I can't put into words how proud I am of my amazing wife, Kate. For 2 years she has worked to rebuild her life from serious #mentalillness. Now, she's joining me and some swim pals to participate in the #NorthEastSkinnyDip on Sunday September 24th 2023. There'll be around 1000+ people at #DruridgeBay stripping naked and running into the #NorthSea to raise money for #MIND mental health charity. Kate's story and #JustGiving funding page is here:

Seriously thinking of taking part in this year's #NorthEastSkinnyDip, the UKs largest annual mass #SkinnyDip.
Last year over 1200 brave souls plunged clothes-free at dawn into the #NorthSea at #DuridgeBay to see in the Autumn. After running for a decade, #NESD has raised an amazing £100,000 for #MIND, the #MentalHealth charity.
Somebody probably needs to talk me out of this...
