nanometers (fiber light wavelenths)
kilometers (fiber run lengths)
kilobits/second to terabits/sec
TB and TiB (tera, but in base-10 and base-2)
"rack units" and "open rack units" (measurements of equipment height)
"nines" (availability measurement - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_unusual_units_of_measurement#Nines)
cubic feet / minute (airflow)

all in addition to the relatively pedestrian units of watts, amps, volts, and hertz

Edit- I forgot about all the weight and pressure stuff involved in rack loading and raised floor strength
