I don't post about my pens too often on here but I have the grail pens to end all grail pens; an actual U-N-I-C-O-R-N!! Both of these are from Den's Pens, the Unicorn Horn Eris (top) and a Mars (bottom). Both are EF nibs #newpenday #fountainpens

It's #NewPenDay again, or should I say old pen day? Some of these are older than I am.
An old lady was getting rid of all of these together for a good price so I couldn't resist. ☺️
(The magenta ink really does not go well with this notebook lol, I tried it with another pen and same result!)

Ah! The week just got better because it's #newPenDay and new ink day.
My first stub nib (1.5mm), a Sailor Highace Neo.
I'll still have to learn to write nicely with it. -
Surprise new pen day: visiting the local stationer for browsing, I found out that Lamy made a new shade of green AL-Star: Pine!
I'm still waiting for a warm, deep, but not that dark green from them, but this is my favourite so far. (Here displayed with older special editions: Sage and Blue Green) -

New pen day! Got a screamingly good deal on this pen so of course... Monteverde Invincia Vega in Starlight Purple with a flex nib. Someone here taunted me with it so I had to get one. 😅 Still need to put ink in it, but I can't decide between Dark Lilac or Yama-Budo. #fountainpen #newpenday

I got this about a month ago for my birthday and it's been hard waiting to empty a #pen before filling this one. But over the weekend I managed to empty three. The past week back at work got me most of the way there I think.
So today wasn't but, also, was #newpenday as I filled this wonderfull pen up with #lamy Rhodonite. Maybe I'll put an <EF> nib on it later, I haven't decided yet..

My new The Good Blue L130 Ti came in today! I've inked it up with some Ferris Wheel Press Dusk in Bloom ink. I can't wait to give it a test drive later tonight

Inky hands again for #NewPenDay — the beautiful Kaweco Student, first designed in the 1920s and popularised in the 1960s.
The feed seems super tight though. I had to water my Jacques Herbin Emeraude de Chivor down a ton to get it to write well and it's still not perfect 🤔

I had never wanted to win a giveaway more than this one, as the Mermaid Tears material on this Carolina Pen Co. Charleston made for the Cali Pen Show is absolutely gorgeous! Thank you once again to Brad for such a beautiful pen, as well as the Rickshaw sleeve & Nock co Hightower. I can still barely believe I won it! 😍

We ordered a fountain pen and some inks and they arrived today
We bought a TWSBI Eco with a medium nib, a bottle of Dominant Industry Leaf Green and one of Diamine Ancient copper that we haven't tried yet because all our pens are inked
I love it, it's so smooth, and there's so much shading with this ink
Not sure how well the colors look like they do in the picture, though.

The E95S M is an 'upgrade' of sorts to my currently used E95S EF.
The Plasier is a Christmas present to penable my cousin's daughter (12 yo now).
The Varsities are too carry around and penable random people.
Kon peki had just been on my want list for awhile.

I went a little crazy on AliExpress but I really wanted to test out a number of cheaper pens so I could start shooting reviews.
I've also got a few on the way for my Creatr giveaways so stay tuned for that!

I've had a nice birthday. It turned out to be #NewPenDay and also #NewInkDay.
The Kuretake Art Nouveau #ink in the colour Zsolnay green brings me one step closer to my alphabet of ink. Z has been a hard find.
The #fountainpen is the Kaweco sport piston filler, feels very light compared to my other sport.
Also, there's a tiny person doing yoga on my pen. Don't know why but these little figurines were cute 🙃

I've had a real great writing experience with the #Kaweco #Perkeo. It's such a good writer and such a fun design.
I decided to get some more. The blue is the one I already had. The black I call my #licorice pen. and the clear is my first #demonstrator.
Each of them came with four blue cartridges and an empty, gonna use those for my liliput.

The #fountainpen is a Woodshed Pen Co #41. They have ceased production of new #fountainpens and marked down their remaining inventory so I thought I'd grab one. I still need to buy a JoWo #6 nib for it.
The pen stand is a #GalenLeather ToolComb.
