Because no one asked...
I felt Dr X was a pointless addition to the "make a face lollipop sticks" of the 1970s Count Dracula(r) ice lollies.
So I have reworked them to include a gargoyle face instead... you know.. for reasons.
Anyone who was alive in the 70s will appreciate this, on various levels.
Lolly-trace-a-face? I can't remember.

I haven't done an homage to 1970s comedy in ages. My #neverseventies skills will get rusty
It all started with "Last of the Game of Rassilon"
And I think the last ones I did were The Deads Army and It Ain't Half Thoth Amun Annual 1977
Any-way...
I wanted to revise Last of the Summer Wine, anyone got a good "horror pun"?
I had "Last of the summoner's design" but it always seemed very forced, so any sort of wickerman Summerlandtype pun welcome.

More 1970s TV - Nigel Kneale's Beasts would make for a good #Neverseventies TTRPG set up. Short bleak, weird, bottle adventures which run for one evening, and involve the players (for example) being terrified by the reverse of the Rats in the Basement scenario, where the players are trapped in a world of rats. (Borty's Party) and the GM slowly increases the volume of the scrabbling throughout the game.

Halloween Repost of Seasonal Imaginary Chapters of Games I've never written... #neverseventies

I think one of the things people forget is just how much David Cronenberg's Scanners was influenced by Dad's Army

@Colman @Da_Gut @pancaitiff One is a real game that is on drivethru, and the other is an imaginary game that I made up as part of a #neverseventies ongoing joke with @Taskerland
I've been doing faux covers for imaginary RPGs for years and chapter inserts. People do keep asking me if they're real...
I stopped when AI came along because people kept asking "what prompts did you use for that" and it made me sad.

Games that don't exist and totally should. Now with added Stone Tape.

I've not done a Folk Horror Cover photoshop of Allo Allo...
Anyone got a good pun for it?
Tcho Tcho... lacks the similarity
Giallo Giallo appeals conceptually.. "The never RPG of Italian Terror"
I'm still working on Frankie Howerd in "Up Ryleh" .. but in a world of AI art, sometimes it can be disheartening to plug away doing photomanipped visual jokes.
