In Neil Breen’s fifth feature-length film Twisted Pair, he had complete control over the lighting when on-location at the university campus.
He did not have control over the lighting in the factory location.

CW: New Neil Breen movie
I'm not going to lie, I'm excited about the new #NeilBreen movie coming, "Cale the tortured crossing". Breen is one of the most prolific modern purveyors of #BadMovies . Most people would've become self-aware and leaned into the bad movie schtick, but Breen is still as authentic as ever. He truly is the #EdWood of our time. This will be his sixth full length movie, and it'll probably be as batshit insane as his first five. I can't wait!
