I published my very janky #powershell script for auto-converting #lc-ms or #metabolomics Raw Vendor files to the #openscience standard #mzML format, to github:
https://github.com/photocyte/powershell_auto_mzml_convertHopefully might be useful to some folks! Feedback welcome. Yes I realize it's not exactly written in the most elegant or most secure way. Use at your own risk.
