OK, Internets, I need help solving a mystery. This 8-second video was taken from a balcony in San Diego County. There is a long, single-tone sound coming out of the valley from somewhere. My spectrum analyzer says it's at ~1.2kHz. It goes on for a minute or longer, and happens several times a day, never on a schedule we can discern. What the heck is this?

Wenn ich aus dem #42er aussteige, leuchten die mir entgegen. Und in meinem #Hyperfokus habe ich erst beim Video angucken gehört, wie der Bus vorbei rauscht. Aber das ist noch ein Geräusch, das ich nicht identifizieren kann.
