It is so emotionally challenging to visit #MultiCare #Tacoma

On the one hand, they do great work and provide a shitton of care for a shitton of people.

On the other hand, #MultiCare completely abandoned their trans patients over government posturing.

Stay salty friends.

At #CapitolCityPride we saw a ton of great entries! None stood out more to me than the #IndivisibleOlympia crowd. So happy to see the things that I associate with great people like @heidilifeldman also happening here!

I'm sorry to anyone I offended by bringing my negativity to the #Multicare entry. I know the people who were marching in the parade aren't responsible, but to have multicare abandon trans youth patients and then #RainbowWash themselves at #Pride was too much for me.

Ain't no anger like a cis white man finding out what it means to be oppressed.

And love for the tribes. I start to cry whenever I'm at an event with a land grant ceremony.

Just got off the phone w #Multicare, having made my required 'Welcome to #Medicare' appointment. The sweet c.s. person told me that Dec 5 of *Next Year* was the first available for the provider I had chosen

Jesus will be here by then 😆

Please tell me again about how wonderful #American medicine is? 🤣🤦🏻‍♀️
