Three things from our #MorningWalk, semi-illustrated edition:
1) Rain overnight + super heavy fog early this morning means everything is covered one-part dew, one-part rain.
2) Mulberries coming in on the mulberry trees. Dew (or rain?) cameo.
3) Big spiderweb made visible by the dew-rain. Would likely have missed it without it.

Three things I noticed:
* along a fence/treeline at our property's edge, where we don't stop as often, birds kept popping up -- on tree branches, amidst the bushy grass, on fence posts. One, some ground nesting bird I think, just watched as we walked by, some 6 inches away from our feet!* this the time for poison ivy. Its very pretty this time of year, shiny and emerald (to my color-impaired eyes). Sirens song.
* Skulking cat off in the distant wooded area. It ran as soon as I noticed it. Too shady to note color, other than "dark"

It's time for my morning walk in Anguilla. Such simple moments of connection. So little to give, so much received.

walked past what used to be Bagel Bagel/ Cornerstone and it's now "Ember" and they have these dining bubbles!!

I haven't been as good about my #Barnscape and #MorningWalk photos lately --- it's been so cold in the mornings!
So thinking I'll add a few new views to where I typically take my morning walk photos. Here's one candidate -- a different view of the barn, not the most scenic -- along with some milkweed pods I was smitten by this morning, looking abandoned and forlorn.

Another pic tomorrow will probably look very different. We're expecting another 3 - 5 inches, I think? (Hard to tell, but already snowing in the pic.) And arctic temps to match beginning overnight. Brrr.
