Marcus already existed, in another story. Ellis started as a minor secondary character in the same one, but they never met.
Although I knew Marcus would be an MC in this one, Jack came to life and became the focal point until Ellis migrated over and evolved to bring the three of them together.

#PennedPossibilities 44: MC POV: Do you have any dreams that recur?

He hasn't had it for a while, but Marcus often dreamed of being invisible. Of watching and not being seen or heard. He hated waking up gasping for air, as if he was suffocating. As if his skin was too tight for his bones.
Kink has helped. His friends have helped. But occasionally he's still gripped with a helpless feeling of being ignored, no matter how loud he shouts.

#WritingWonders Day 29: How would I feel if my book got banned?

It's a mixed bag. On one hand is the hell yes, something I wrote made an impact big enough to cause such a reaction, I must be doing something right. But I'd be simultaneously devastated and angry that a goddamn romance novel could get banned for not conforming to some fucked up set of bigoted rules set down by puritans and homophobes.
Our world is a mess.

#WritingWonders 1: Intro day. You're transported into your WIP world, where is the 1st place you go? Why?

Going to answer this month mainly from a new story, but I'm only about 7 chapters in so I'll see how that goes.

All three books are centred in the same world/city. First place I'd go is Desire, which is the kink club that appears in all of them.

Why would I go there? ... ... Erm... 😳
