The thing with #stoner #mindfullness is that some of what passes for paranoia is actually useful insight, and some of what passes for insight is misdirected paranoia. It's all too easy to get them mixed up, embracing the noise, dismissing the signal, then five minutes later forgetting them both.
This can be a psychological risk with #recreational #drugs, yet anti-drug education programs don't even allude to it. Which is a damn shame, as it's precisely the kind of thing teenagers need to know.
