I need to list ranks and titles in the front of this book or my readers are going to murder me because the characters know all of this and aren't slowing down to explain ranks to anyone.

91,000 words editedI didn't finish any new projects, but I made significant progress in ongoing projects, so we'll count that as a win.

If you're ever trying to describe a color and aren't sure if it has an official name, there's a registry for that!

I think I'm going to go start with some writing in the purest form of rough draft I know (away from my computer sending an email to myself).
We'll see if that knocks out the scene I need to finish.

I've got an idea for a new project so I'm going to scribble down the basic idea for the plot, make some notes before I forget, and then get back to the project that has a deadline.

Fascinating... I opened my notes for a book I haven't worked on in ages and amongst the notes found the definiton of "zeugma". Why is it there? Do I need it for this book? Was I planning to use it for something?
No clue. Past Me left no notes.
