Dangerous close pass attempt by a black cab driver on Oxford Street – so close I had to smack their bonnet to tell them to back off. If all drivers could always share the road, we wouldn’t need interventions. But the few are why we need to physically separate vehicles. If it’s physically possible to do something dangerous and stupid a driver (not all drivers) will do it. #PedestrianiseOxfordStreetNow #MGIF #OxfordStreet

CW: Bad driving video and court result
Back in May, an impatient driver undertook another, close passing me in the process. After I reported it, the driver was offered an awareness course/conditional offer but they refused. So, it went to court!
I was informed of the result this morning: pled guilty, received four points, and ordered to pay a total of £149.
The decision to refuse the initial offer probably doesn't look so smart now!

Warning letter issued to this driver - close pass a few days back on a two-lane road. What you can't really see due to a rear camera issue (user error) was the driver tailgating me before squeezing past. Terrible driving.
