I like the Journal of Metabolic Engineering. They talk about "fluxes" and "flows", and using promoters to increase the flux, and language like that is pretty exciting. It's all objects and arrows, too. Objects are organic molecules, arrows are metabolic pathways, some of which are decorated by enzymes, and you say things like, "The number of carbon atoms must commute" (well, probably nobody says that, but they do keep track of the carbons (oops the elements of the category have structure but they are also diagrams, of atoms and bonds))
